Jerry Smith started his company in 1994 building single family homes in Holly Springs, North Carolina.

Since that time, Jerry Smith Builders has constructed more than 200 homes for satisfied buyers in Holly Springs, Raleigh, Cary and Chapel Hill. The company has crafted custom homes in many award-winning neighborhoods including Sunset Ridge, Southern Village, Bedford Estate and Highcroft ranging in price from $150,000 to more than $1 million. To ensure a satisfied customer with each and every home, Jerry places a strong emphasis on excellent customer service and a warranty program second to none.

Because Jerry works exclusively with subcontractors who have been part of his team for more than a decade, he is confident in the quality workmanship in all of his homes. With a high level of subcontractor loyalty, Jerry Smith Builders is able to build the finest homes at a fair price. The company offers a six-year home warranty program through Residential Warranty Corporation and performs both a 60-day and one year service visit for each home built. And, the company is a long-time member of the Wake and Durham/Orange County Homebuilders Associations.

Jerry attended schools in the Wake County Public School System and North Carolina State University. He currently resides in Raleigh with his wife and three children.
