Bill Cotton is a member of the National Association of Home Builders 20 Club program which is a group of twenty builders who meet regularly for an open forum to discuss the latest trends and to share information and advice. Cotton Custom Homes has also been featured on the cover of Building Edge Magazine.

Bill Cotton founded Cotton Contracting in 1994 and established Cotton Custom Homes in 2003, serving as the president of both. He was born and raised in Springfield, VA and attended George Mason University. He’s had a life-long love for building. Bill’s primary focus has always been putting the satisfaction of his customers first which has enabled him to achieve continual success over the years.
