Cattano Construction, Inc. was started in 1983 in Cary, North Carolina and is a family run business. Rick Cattano, Owner & President, holds an unlimited NC General Contractor’s License, focusing on both residential and commercial projects.

Specializing in historically-influenced architecture, Cattano Construction, Inc. has developed a reputation for innovative floor plans, superior craftsmanship & excellent customer service.

They have received many professional awards, including 15 Parade of Homes Awards since 1998. As a recipient of the coveted Golden Achievement for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Quality Builders Warranty Corporation, they rank among the top 3% of builders. Only 70 of these awards are given out annually, and recipients across the nation represent the crème de la crème of the homebuilding industry. Cattano received this award for its overall performance in the Triangle area. The company has also received the Builder of Integrity Award.
