It made a lot of sense for Grey A. Wilson and Beau Harrison to team up to form Oak City Homes. Grey, with roots three generations deep in the Triangle real estate development, building and management businesses, has watched the suburban area grow over the past decades from inside the Raleigh Beltline to the edge of Wake County and beyond.

As Grey sought to continue his family tradition of development and construction, he teamed up with Beau Harrison. Beau’s unique West Coast flair and 20 years experience in construction were the components necessary for a development and building company. In order to expand, Oak City Homes added its third partner, Rob Chalupski. Rob complements the team with the necessary experience in scheduling and meticulous attention to detail that allows Oak City Homes to meet the needs of an increasing number of buyers while increasing their level of quality and customer service.

Since Beau personally draws each house plan with input from Grey and Rob with a construction supervisor on each house, a home buyer will find that the strength of Oak City Homes is in the quality and custom design of each individual home.

These designs feature the large window areas and wide open feeling of homes on the west coast with the familiar inviting front porches and southern charm that have always made the best North Carolina houses look and feel like home.
