Phelan Building and Development

Curtis Phelan has lived in the Triangle area since moving here in the mid 1970s. Curt has been associated with the building industry since 1988. During that time he has been involved in the construction of hundreds of homes.

Using that experience, Curt established Phelan Building & Development in 1996, with the desire of becoming one of the best home builders in the Triangle. While working to achieve this goal, he has spent thousands of hours on the job site working closely with hand-picked subcontractor who share his strong desire for quality and craftsmanship.

Curt is known for his attention to the smallest detail. He is constantly scrutinizing his workmanship, never accepting second best. This is a direct reflection of his character, and Curt believes every home his team produces is an extension of himself, the result of more than 10 years of working to be one of the best builders in the Triangle.
