North Hills Homes

Founded in 1997 by professional Engineer and North Carolina native David Wagner, North Hills Homes has grown steadily, building and remodeling single-family homes and townhomes in Johnston and Wake Counties, ranging in size from 1500 sq ft to more than 4000 sq ft.

Operating as a full-service building and remodeling company with a team of 13 employees in the Triangle region, North Hills Homes is a member of the National Association of Home Builders, North Carolina Home Builders Association, Home Builders Association of Johnston County, Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County and the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.

The team is comprised of David Wagner, a licensed general contractor, professional engineer and residential broker. He graduated from North Carolina State University and is president of North Hills Homes. David brings structural integrity into the mix from the very beginning by reviewing the plans and refining the design to meet the buyers’ specifications.

Cindy Wagner, a graduate of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, is Vice President of North Hills Homes and oversees the day-to-day operation of the company. Her passion is selecting home designs, considering the aesthetics and flow of the interior, as well as the eye-catching exterior design. Cindy has the instinct for what people like, what’s marketable and incorporates cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art design creativity in the process.

An interior design graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Peggy Jones rounds out the North Hills Homes team. She reviews the design of each house and considers the efficiency, livability, entertainment flow and furniture placement. Her extraordinary talent has been recognized with awards for each Parade home submitted for judging.

Also on staff are dedicated and skilled project managers revealing quality workmanship and attention to every detail.
