Villages of Apex Welcomes Horizon Homes

(RALEIGH NC March 17, 2008)—Apex First Development, the company developing The Villages of Apex, announced that Raleigh-based Horizon Homes has been invited to join the exclusive builder team for Apex’s largest, most exclusive mixed-use community. Horizon Homes is building upscale patio homes, also referred to as twin villa plans, in the 202 acre community.

The Villas at Old Mill Village feature 28 European-style patio homes nestled within the Villages of Apex.

Twin villas have detached two-car garages with access to the villa through a covered breezeway and landscaped courtyard. Detached villas have two-car garages and unfinished basements.  The villas all offer first-floor masters, and square footage ranges from 1,900 to 2,200. Villa/patio home prices start at $290,500.
