The Villages of Apex will hold a premier release of 36 luxury condominiums homes in the Sterling at Old Mill Village neighborhood. Those who have registered on the web site will be invited to a VIP event on June 4 at The Villages of Apex North Sales Center. The Villages of Apex developers, Apex First Development, will have complete site plans and other information about the community available at Apex’s Annual PEAKFEST event on May 3 from 9:00 am until 5:00 pm in downtown Apex. The Villages of Apex booth will be located at the intersection of Saunders and Salem Streets. Apex First Development is also sponsoring the Barney Fife car at the event.
